NuSpine Chiropractic Team

NuSpine Chiropractic - TechRidge Parmer is conveniently located next to Walmart in North Austin's Tech Ridge Plaza near I-35 & Parmer Lane.

Dr. Tony Bottorff, a graduate of Wichita State University, began his healthcare journey as a Radiologic Technologist at Wesley Medical Center for 4 years.. Realizing the need for conservative chiropractic treatment early in care to avoid surgical intervention, he changed careers. Dr. Tony is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He had his own private practice for 25 years before joining the NuSpine Chiropractic team. Dr. Tony says it best, "I like the quality of care we are able to provide patients at NuSpine. We have weekend hours and walk-in availability. When someone's in pain, they don't want to wait a week for an appointment. They want help now!"

Dr. Matthew Redman knew from an early age it was his calling to help people. He completed with a Bachelor of Science in human biology in 2009 and concurrently, while finishing his undergraduate, earned his doctoral degree cum laude in Chiropractic in 2011 from Southern California University of Health Sciences. He graduated with both his Doctorate in Chiropractic and Bachelor of Science in Human Biology when he was only 23 years old. He lives in Round Rock with his wife and 2 children. His family and friends have suffered from severe injuries that modern medicine failed to help, so they tried Chiropractic. Not only did those injuries respond and heal, it seemed other people around him were experiencing similar situations. His goal is to help people live their lives pain free and to their fullest potential through Chiropractic.

FAQ

How Can Chiropractic Care Help You?

Many people dismiss chiropractic as being something only for back pain, but in Austin TX chiropractic treatment can be used to treat a wide variety of physical issues, such as migraines and headaches, chronic pain, carpal tunnel, pain due to injury or muscle strain, and much more.

The History of Chiropractic Care

The word “Chiropractic” is derived from the Greek words “cheir” (hand) and “praktos” (done) combined to mean “done by hand.” It was chosen by the developer of chiropractic care, Daniel David Palmer. In 1895, D.D. Palmer performed a chiropractic adjustment on a partially deaf janitor, Harvey Lillard, who later reported that his hearing had improved due to the change.

D.D. Palmer opened the first chiropractic school two years later, and in the century since, chiropractic professionals have used spinal adjustments to help people prevent and cope with back pain, carpal tunnel, muscle strain, headaches and migraines, and a variety of other physical ailments. Millions of people benefit from the work of Dr. Palmer today.
