Sound scary?

If you are more laid-back or introverted, this may sound terrifying.  On the other hand, if you are more extroverted, this might not sound too bad.  But whether or not it makes you nervous, it requires the same thing from everyone…

You have to put in the effort.

This doesn’t mean you tell everyone you see that you are a chiropractor, but it does mean that you become more intentional in talking to strangers, discussing others’ interests, introducing yourself when you are in a group, and overall being more focused in your networking.

Internal Marketing

“Marketing inside your organization” may sound like an oxymoron, but it is crucial.

Any marketing consultant will tell you that your best marketing agents are walking in and out of your chiropractic franchise every day.

They are your current customers.

If you are treating your customers well, and if your clinic has a great culture that keeps them wanting to come back, then you are well on your way to having the best marketing agent of all:  a customer’s referral.

And the best part is that referrals cost you nothing!

Happy customers will gladly tell their family, friends, and co-workers how great they feel and what your clinic did to help them overcome their issues.  This has a compounding effect as more people tell more of their friends, and the referral list keeps growing.
