Chiropractic Physician - CITY, STATE

NuSpine Chiropractic Physicians are the managing employee of NuSpine clinics. They are in authority over patient care, patient relations, clinic procedure, and the chief contact with Franchisees and Franchisors.

Duties and responsibilities

NuSpine’s Chiropractic Physicians have a number of duties and responsibilities all pertaining to the smooth, simple operations of the NuSpine clinic they manage.

Treat patients to the best of their ability in accordance with your schooling and NuSpine training.
Ensure the understanding of NuSpine operations to each and every patient that comes through your office, from New Patients to Results of Tests visits to maintenance protocols and clinic flow.
Manage front desk staff and ensure they are meticulous with their duties and responsibilities as well.
Oversee the upkeep of the clinic and delegate jobs to front desk staff as needed.
Cooperate with franchisees, franchisors, accountants, and attorneys as executive and administrative matters need attention. This may include assisting in the execution of marketing efforts, handling petty cash and bank deposits, relaying pertinent information to franchisees, and acting as the agent for customer service matters.
Oversee matters of customer relations with respect to the sending of patient information (invoices, doctors notes, etc.)
Handle all incoming mail and distribute it to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.

Physical requirements

NuSpine Chiropractic Physicians must be able to perform all necessary adjustments, as they can oftentimes be physically demanding. Due to the variance in patient types, physicians must be able to utilize instruments and drop tables to perform adjustments when manual hands-on manipulations aren’t possible

Chiropractic Assistant

Chiropractic Assistant - CITY, STATE

Chiropractic Assistant. Base pay $12/hr with monthly insurance stipend.

The NuSpine Chiropractic Assistant Employee is employed to execute the clinic operations in an effective, efficient manner by handling all matters pertaining to maintenance, patient relations, office flow, scheduling, and point of sale.

NuSpine’s Chiropractic Assistant Employees have a number of duties and responsibilities all pertaining to the smooth, simple operations of the NuSpine clinic.

This includes but is not limited to:

Clinic preparations prior to opening and after closing such as monitoring thermostat as necessary, emptying trash cans, counting our cash till, turning on/off lights, music, and computers, briefing the doctor on special appointments, and maintaining a clean office.
Memorize scripting for new patients, monitoring new patients during their first month of treatment, phone procedure, etc.
Making sure all patients are well educated on clinic flow and procedure upon first visit.
Memorize and promote monthly marketing tactics
Operate phones per training.
Assist Chiropractic Physician with any tasks he/she deems necessary.
Handle all incoming mail and distribute it to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications:

1-year experience in work environment dealing with customer service
Competence in computer and phone procedures (troubleshooting, email, basic online functions)
Competence in addressing patients and creating relationships
Competence in the understanding of HIPPA and other office procedures
Must have an outgoing, empathetic, humble personality with a positive attitude
Motivated for month to month sales growth and skillset improvement
Commitment to executing the NuSpine System consistently with every patient

A NuSpine Chiropractic Assistant Employee must be willing and able to work the required hours and maintain a healthy work environment with all staff members and patients. The Chiropractic Assistant must be willing and able to act as the customer service agent in the event of disgruntled and unsatisfied customer situations and resolve disputes quickly.

NuSpine Chiropractic Assistant Employees must be able to move about the clinic quickly and often. Must be able to carry out all cleaning duties and assist patients in getting on and off tables.

Clinic Coordinator

Clinic Coordinator - CITY, STATE

Responsible for achieving sales goals, excellent customer service, and provide assistance to the Franchisee, Doctor of Chiropractic.

Principle Duties for a Clinic Coordinator:

Establishes and maintains an effective referral program
Generate leads through:

Social media management
Establishing relationships with local businesses and influencers
Establishing relationships with large company wellness coordinators
Participate in community events such as health fairs, lunch and learns, booth pop ups, etc.

Conducts all points of contact with generated leads via phone, SMS text, and email
Conducts follow up calls to new package holders through the provided format
Keep leads organized in Patient Relationship Management Tool and track all points of contact per the patient contact workflow
Schedule new patient leads for Initial Exam + Treatment
Send appointment reminders
Knowledgeable about NuSpine, chiropractic, and able to answer all FAQ’s
Ability to sell the competitive advantages of NuSpine
Must be aware of pricing options and be able to explain all treatment plans
Display exceptional customer service

Experience required for a Clinic Coordinator:
